Is there a Online demo site that I can see in action and interact with?
Yes! A complete and fully functional demo is online at www.e-commercedemo.com. In order to interact with the Administrative Application that comes standard with this package, you must have a username & password. Due to the large number of users uploading 'adult content' to our demo site we have changed the username & password. If you would like to see how easy it is to use the administration section for our E-Commerce Shopping carts, simply contact us for the username and password.

How does this shopping cart work better than what I already have?
Our new .Net E-Commerce Shopping Carts use the latest technology in web developement. This application uses database driven design along with a customized shopping cart component which speeds up the proccessing time. Complete with one page navagation, your shoppers can view your products and add them to their shopping cart all on the same page which allows them to see what they have in their cart at all times. Built in email and several design layouts come standard.

How long does it take to get my New Online Store?
As soon as you have completed the order form and entered the name that you want for your store, you will be redirected to your New Store's web address. From there you may begin using your store. This process usually takes a few seconds.

After I create my new store, what do I do then?
After your new store is up and running you will need to go into your administration section and setup your store. First change your username and password to something you can remember & kept it in a safe place. Delete all of the sample products from your store and add your own product categories, products, photos, advertisements etc.

What do I do if I need changes made to my site or additional options added?
Simply send us a email with the name of the store that you setup containing a description of what you need added and one of our staff members will contact you. Be sure to include your contact information.

Can I get my own domain name (ex. www.mystore.com)?
Yes! After you have setup your new store, simply send us a email requesting a new domain name & one of our staff members will contact you. You may also get a copy of your shopping cart files in case you already have a hosting company of your own.

How do get my own Shopping Cart Site?
Simply fill out the Setup Form located here and click the 'Submit Form' button and follow the directions from there.

I have placed my order, How do I create my own store?
Simply fill out the Form located here and click the 'Click here to create my store' button. You must have your Transaction ID in order to create a new store. This ID will be sent to you after you have placed your order. Note: After you has sucessfully created your store, your Transaction ID becomes invalid. Only one store can be created for each Transaction ID.

What are hosting fees and how much are they?
Every web site on the internet is hosted somewhere. That is all the files that make up a web site must be placed on a web server with a fast connection (usually a T1 connection). This web server computer displays your web site when a user types in your web address. Hosting Fees are paid to cover the cost of using the web servers harddrive space, bandwidth, fast internet connection etc. Our hosting fee includes unlimited bandwidth, email accounts, lots of harddrive space plus much more.
